Transportation funds, congestion
TRANSPORTATION – Amends existing law to limit funding regarding the Transportation Expansion and Congestion Mitigation Fund to the expansion of travel lanes and congestion mitigation.

RS30198 / H0087

This legislation amends Idaho Code, Section 40-720, to provide that funding within the Transportation Expansion and Congestion Mitigation Program shall be limited to the expansion of travel lanes and congestion mitigation.

There is no impact to the General Fund because the bill only clarifies where the funds are spent.
