Banks, credit unions, boycotts
CREDIT UNIONS AND BANKS – Amends existing law to require that credit unions and banks holding state funds not boycott certain industries.

This legislation helps ensure that banks and credit unions, designated by the Idaho State Treasurer as depositories for public monies, do not boycott industries important to our state and the livelihood of our citizens.
There will be no fiscal impact since the current process for designating a depository will be utilized.
