EDUCATION – Amends existing law to provide that school boards shall have the authority to adopt policies and procedures regarding student clubs and organizations.

This bill requires signed parental permission for students to be able to participate in school clubs. It further requires that the board approve and oversee the publishing of an annual list of all school clubs, advisors and a description of the club and activities.
