Pharm benefit managers, enforce
INSURANCE – Amends existing law to provide for enforcement of provisions applicable to pharmacy benefit managers.

In 2020, legislation was passed (H386) adding Title 41-349 to Idaho statute regarding Pharmacy Benefit Managers. This legislation adds language to clarify and outline the enforcement authority of that section of law by the Department of Insurance.

The legislation has no fiscal impact to the State of Idaho general funds, federal funds, or dedicated funds.
