APPROPRIATIONS – DIVISION OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT – Relates to the appropriation to the Division of Financial Management for fiscal years 2023 and 2024.

This is the FY 2024 original appropriation bill for the Division of Financial Management. It appropriates a total of $44,748,400 and caps the number of authorized full-time equivalent positions at 22.00. The bill funds one line item, which provides additional funds for the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) program, and the Homeowners Assistance program. Also included in this bill is a onetime FY 2023 supplemental, which provides for a total $45,067,000 onetime increase from ARPA funds for the SSBCI program, the Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) program, and the Homeowners Assistance program. A supplemental for financial specialists was approved earlier this session and sent out as a separate bill.
