Immigration, political subdivisions
IMMIGRATION – Adds to existing law to prohibit certain limitations on immigration enforcement by a political subdivision of this state, to provide for a cause of action in certain instances, and to provide for the withholding of sales and use tax revenue in certain instances.

Prohibits local governments from enacting any ordinance or policy limiting or prohibiting law enforcement from complying with federal immigration law.

No cost to the general fund. No cost to local government as long as the follow the law.
