RULE REJECTION – STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION – States findings of the Legislature and rejects certain rules of the State Board of Education relating to Rules Governing Public Charter Schools and Rules of the Public Charter School Commission.

This resolution rejects IDAPA 08.02.04 and 08.03.01 in whole, Rules Governing Public Charter Schools and Rules of the Public Charter School Commission, a pending rule under docket 08-0204-2201 and 08-0301-2201.
