FOOD – Amends existing law to prohibit certain conduct regarding food that contains a vaccine or vaccine material and to provide an exception.

This legislation amends section 37-115 of Idaho Code to prohibit certain conduct regarding food that contains a vaccine or vaccine material without notification of the presence of the vaccine or vaccine material in the food.

This legislation will have no impact on the General Fund or any county or other governmental fund as it applies only as an amendment and does not require an outlay of public funds.
