Priest Lake, outlet structures
PRIEST LAKE – Amends existing law to prohibit certain outlet control structures.

RS29975 / S1021

This legislation clarifies that the existing Priest Lake outlet control structure is under the sole and exclusive It also requires approval of the Idaho State supervision and control of the Idaho Water Resource Board. Legislature and the Governor before any additional outlet control structure from the lake may be constructed.

This legislation does not involve the expenditure of funds by the state or any local government because it just clarifies who controls the Priest Lake outlet and the process by which additional outlets may be constructed.
