COUNTY TREASURER AND TAX COLLECTOR – Adds to existing law to authorize a county treasurer to make certain investments.

This legislation amends Chapter 21, Title 31, Idaho Code, clarifying the allowable investments by the county treasurer. This legislation does not change the allowable investments available to the county treasurer under existing law.
There is no fiscal impact to the general fund or local governments with the implementation of this legislation.
