Liquor license, resort cities
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES – Amends existing law to authorize the issuance of a license to certain establishments in a resort city.

RS30070 / S1047

This proposal would allow for a historic food and beverage liquor license for structure that has been in existence for at least 110 years, has a commercial kitchen, and is located within the boundaries and listed as contributing to national historic district that is within the city limits of a resort city.

There will be no fiscal impact to the general fund as it does not change the current quota system or fee structure.
