Pupil and parental rights act
PROTECTION OF PUPIL AND PARENTAL RIGHTS ACT – Adds to existing law to enact the Protection of Pupil and Parental Rights Act.

This bill protects students and families from intrusion into personal and private matters by the government and additionally provides transparency to parents regarding activities within schools.
There is no fiscal impact to the general fund or local governments with the implementation of this legislation because the structure and staffing are currently in place to implement this amendment.
