Racism, hate speech, denouncing
DENOUNCE RACISM AND HATE SPEECH – States findings of the Legislature and denounces racism and hate speech.

RS31747 / SCR135

This Concurrent Resolution works to ensure Idaho residents know their legislature is opposed to racism and other forms of hate, and that the legislature is committed to eradicating the conditions that allow racial animus and undue prejudice to persist in Idaho.

This legislation does not require the expenditure of any state funds and does not create, repeal, or amend any state taxes or fees. Consequently, it would have no fiscal impact on the general fund or any other state fund.
