PUBLIC ASSISTANCE – Repeals existing law relating to the Food Stamp Revolving Fund, which is no longer in use.
RS29988 / H0005
This legislation repeals an obsolete chapter within Title 56 of Idaho Code. The chapter established a food stamp revolving fund in 1941 and the fund has since been obsolete and is no longer used. This bill serves the sole purpose of ongoing efforts to clean up outdated portions of Idaho Code.
This legislation will have no impact on the state’s General fund or any dedicated fund or federal fund because the fund is no longer in use.
