Trucking assn settlement fund
TRANSPORTATION – Repeals existing law relating to an obsolete provision regarding the American Trucking Association Settlement Fund.

RS30004 / H0010

This legislation repeals an obsolete section within Title 40 of Idaho Code. The section established the American Trucking Association Settlement Fund back in 2000. The fund has since been closed and is no longer in use. This bill serves the sole purpose of ongoing efforts to clean up and remove outdated portions of Idaho Code.

This legislation will have no impact on the state’s General fund or any dedicated fund or federal fund because the fund is no longer in use.
