Employee med info protection act
EMPLOYEE MEDICAL INFORMATION PROTECTION ACT – Adds to existing law to implement the Employee Medical Information Protection Act.

The purpose of this act is to stop any discrimination in the workplace based on vaccination status of an employee as it pertains to the Coronavirus or other emergency authorized vaccine.
There is no anticipated impact to the General Fund.
