Property valuation notices
PROPERTY VALUATION NOTICES – Amends existing law to require that certain information be provided on all property valuation assessment notices.

RS30118 / H0051

This legislation requires the Idaho State Tax Commission to generate a universal form to provide residential property owners with a clear description of what their assessed values are, property taxes collected, budget growth, and services supported by the property tax collection.

The cost of generating the universal form will be absorbed by existing Idaho Tax Commission budget capacity.
