Driving, daylight hours
TRANSPORTATION – Amends existing law to revise the definition of “daylight hours” with respect to certain drivers.

This legislation amends Idaho Code, Section 49-307, to define "daylight hours only" as the time between 5:00am and 10:00pm local time.
This bill has no fiscal impact because there are no fees involved.
