Utility connections, restrictions
PROHIBITIONS ON UTILITY CONNECTIONS – Adds to existing law to prohibit any type of local government entity from restricting certain types of utility connections.

This legislation forbids counties and municipalities from enacting prohibitions, or restrictions, on energy utility connections.

There is no anticipated fiscal impact to the State, local governments, or the public.
