VOTING – Amends existing law regarding the unlawfulness of an alien voting in Idaho.

This legislation amends Section 18-2307, Idaho Code, clarifying that foreign nationals may not vote in any election held for the purpose of electing or nominating any candidate to any elective office.
This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local level of government, nor does it cause an increase or decrease in revenue for state or local government. Therefore, the legislation has no fiscal impact.
