HEALTH – Amends existing law to provide in-person visitation rights for residents in certain facilities and to provide that visitation shall not be precluded based on vaccination status.

This legislation amends Section 39-3316, Idaho Code, to provide for in-person visitation rights and not preclude a visitor's vaccination status.
Because it requires no expenditures from any general or agency funds, there is no fiscal impact.
