Sex education
EDUCATION – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding sex education.

This legislation would update Title 33 Chapter 16 in Idaho code regarding sex education. A child in public school may not participate in any instruction in sex education without written parental permission.
This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local level of government, nor does it cause an increase or decrease in revenue for state or local government. Therefore, the legislation has no fiscal impact.
