Fair pharmacy audits act
FAIR PHARMACY AUDITS ACT – Adds to existing law to implement the Fair Pharmacy Audits Act.

The purpose of this legislation is to establish minimum and uniform standards and criteria for the audit of pharmacy records by or on behalf of pharmacy benefit managers and other authorized entities.
The legislation has no fiscal impact to the State of Idaho general funds, federal funds, or dedicated funds.
