MRNA vaccine, misdemeanor
CRIMES – Adds to existing law to provide that providing or administering an MRNA shot is a misdemeanor.

This legislation amends Chapter 9, Title 18 of Idaho Code by adding a new section that providing or administering a vaccine using a messenger ribonucleic acid technology in an individual may not be administered by a person.
This legislation will have no impact on the General Fund or any county or other governmental fund as it applies only as an amendment and does not require an outlay of public funds.
