RECORDS – Amends existing law to provide an exemption from disclosure for certain records regarding wildlife.

The intent of this bill is to prevent individuals from obtaining the precise location of wildlife through a public records request for purposes of unfair chase, hunter harassment, or other inappropriate uses.
This legislation has no impact on any appropriated funds.
