STATE GOVERNMENT – Amends and repeals existing law relating to the sale, transfer, or disposition of state administrative facilities.

This legislation repeals Section 67-5709A, which creates a separate process for the sale of the state administrative facilities in the custody or control of the State of Idaho.

This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local level of government, nor does it cause an increase or decrease in revenue for state or local government, therefore the legislation has no fiscal impact.
