State land
STATE LAND LEASES – Adds to existing law to provide for standard maintenance and repair terms and conditions and to provide for remediation.

This legislation clarifies that leases, land use permits, or other land use agreements that involve state land provide consistent terms and conditions, regardless of the intended land usage.
This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local level of government, not does it cause an increase or decrease in revenue for state or local government; therefore, the legislation has no fiscal impact.
