Controlled substances, schedule I
UNIFORM CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding controlled substances.

This bill updates Schedule I of the Idaho Controlled Substance Act with the addition of certain synthetic stimulants and depressants that are not approved for medical use and are not formulated or available for clinical use.

This legislation, by updating Schedule I, is anticipated to have no impact on the state’s General fund or any dedicated fund or federal fund.
