Immunizations, exemptions
IMMUNIZATIONS – Amends existing law to require notification by school officials to parents of rights regarding immunizations.

Currently, many school districts send notices to parents of school aged children regarding Idaho Code 39-4801, the purpose of this language is to require schools to send communication including Idaho Code 39-4804 any time they send Idaho Code 39-4801.

This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local level of government nor does it cause an increase or decrease in revenue for state or local government therefore the legislation has no fiscal impact.
