Smoking products, minors, penalties
TOBACCO PRODUCTS AND ELECTRONIC SMOKING DEVICES – Amends existing law to provide penalties for the sale or distribution of tobacco products or electronic smoking devices to a minor.

This legislation places selling vape products on par with selling other harmful products to minors.
Other than the cost of prosecution, this legislation creates no fiscal obligation to the citizens of Idaho. Fines should offset those costs with the balance being deposited in the prevention of minors' access to tobacco products or electronic smoking devices fund.
