AGRICULTURE – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the inspection of private premises.

This legislation ensures that the requirement for ISDA to inspect plants and plant pests on private land is consistent with the statutory requirements of ISDA for inspecting livestock.
There is no fiscal impact to any state or local governments. This resolution expends no funds.
