Auditorium districts, dissolution
AUDITORIUM DISTRICTS – Amends existing law to require a certain percentage of qualified electors of the district sign a petition for a vote to repeal the district.

This legislation allows smaller communities to enter into an auditorium district and be able to dissolve it.
This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds for the state or local government nor does it cause an increase or decrease in revenue for the state or local government, therefore the legislation has no fiscal impact.
