Fish and game, season setting
FISH AND GAME – Amends existing law to provide for annual season setting and to provide for a certain process.

This bill will return hearing from the public on big game management to its 2015 standard of yearly meetings and settings from the current hearings to two years. This will give the public 30 day comment period before. No non-resident tags can be sold until after the season setting process is complete.
This legislation is from dedicated funds and will not have any financial impact on the general fund.
