ADVERTISING ILLEGAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES – Amends and adds to existing law to prohibit the advertising of illegal products and services and to provide for the apportionment of fines.

This prohibits advertising in Idaho of illegal product and services.
No negative impact to the general fund, state agencies, nor local government. County sheriffs may receive a benefit with fines.
