Idaho dietary supplement act
IDAHO DIETARY SUPPLEMENT ACT – Adds to existing law to enact the Idaho Dietary Supplement Act, which provides that the production, marketing, distribution, sale, and use of dietary supplements that were legal in Idaho as of July 1, 2023, shall remain legal in Idaho, regardless of any changes to federal law or regulation.

The purpose of this legislation is to ensure the Citizens of Idaho and health practitioners retain access to vitamins and supplements under current regulations.
This legislation causes no additional expenditures of funds at the state or local level of government, nor does it cause an increase or decrease in revenue for state or local government, therefore the legislation has no fiscal impact.
