Sheriff, duties, traffic
DUTIES OF SHERIFF – Amends existing law to revise a duty of a sheriff regarding the regulation of traffic on highways and roads.

This legislation adds authority to the Sheriff duties so they can more quickly respond to issues.

No additional expenditure of funds at the state level of government. Any additional expenditure of funds at the county level is a part of the Sheriff's duties.
