Pelvic exams, unconscious patients
HEALTH – Adds to existing law to prohibit pelvic exams of anesthetized and unconscious patients except under certain circumstances.

Legislation prohibits Pelvic examination of Anesthetized or Unconscious patients. Legislation does provide exceptions for specific occurrences.
This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local level of government, nor does it cause an increase or decrease in revenue for state or local government therefore the legislation has no fiscal impact.
