PHARMACISTS – Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding the licensure and practice of pharmacy.

This bill pertains to the Board of Pharmacy and will take the good work the Board has done over the last 10 years and will codify it in Statute. This will give stability to the changes that have helped to expand access in the Pharmacy industry in Idaho.

This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local level of government, nor does it cause an increase or decrease in revenue for state or local government therefore the legislation has no fiscal impact.
