Family daycare homes
FAMILY DAYCARE HOMES – Adds to existing law to provide that a homeowner’s association may not prohibit the operation of a family daycare home.

Homeowner associations cannot add restrictions prohibiting the operation of a family daycare. Unless, that restriction is in the covenants, conditions, and restrictions when the property is purchased.
This legislation creates no fiscal impact on the general fund.
