BEHAVIORAL HEALTH – Adds to existing law to allow for telehealth behavioral health services on public school premises.

To provide increased access to behavioral health in public school or charter schools. This outlines the safety and security to provide mental health services in a secure and confidential manner via telehealth by mental health professionals authorized to provide these services in the state of Idaho.

This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local level of government nor does it cause an increase or decrease in revenue for state or local government therefore the legislation has no fiscal impact.
