FISH AND GAME – Adds to existing law to require nonresidents to procure a license prior to collecting, possessing, or transporting certain antlers or horns and to provide an exception.

This legislation provides that nonresidents must procure a hunting license prior to collecting, possessing, or transporting antlers or horns from deer, elk, moose, or pronghorn.
No fiscal impact to any public funds is expected. However, any minimal impact would be positive to Fish & Game funds.
