COMMUNITY RESIDENT ASSOCIATIONS – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding certain notices to community resident associations.

The purpose of this legislation is to change notification to Mobile home community associations when the property owner intends to sell their property.
This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local level of government, nor does it cause an increase or decrease in revenue for state or local government therefore the legislation has no fiscal impact.
