CERVIDAE – Adds to existing law to provide for fencing and harvest during quarantine and to provide for the application of quarantine.

This addresses the need to update standards related to the transport and harvest of domestic Cervidae regarding chronic wasting disease.
This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local level of government, nor does it cause an increase or decrease in revenue for state or local government, therefore the legislation has no fiscal impact.
