WATER – Adds to existing law to provide conditions for the issuance of orders establishing or revising the baseline methodology for determining material injury and to provide for preparation of such orders at any time of the year.

This legislation establishes a process for establishing or revising the baseline methodology for determining material injury related to Idaho water rights.

This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local level of government, nor does it cause an increase or decrease in revenue for state or local government, therefore the legislation has no fiscal impact.
