ABORTION – Amends existing law to prohibit abortion providers from furnishing materials or instruction relating to sex education curricula.

his legislation prohibits any individual or organization, that is a provider of abortion, from furnishing any materials or instruction relating to sex education curricula.
This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local government nor does it cause an increase or decrease in revenue for the state or local government, therefore the legislation has no fiscal impact.
