APPROPRIATIONS – PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL COMMISSION – Relates to the appropriation to the Public Charter School Commission for fiscal year 2025.

This appropriation for the Public Charter School Commission provides enhancements to the FY 2025 maintenance budget that includes an additional 2% change in employee compensation (CEC).

This appropriation provides an additional $8,900 to the maintenance appropriation provided to State Board of Education agencies found in House Bill 458. Table 1 shows incremental adjustments to the budget found in the bill, of which the ongoing increase is $8,900 and three are no onetime appropriations. Table 2, shows all adjustments leading to the FY 2025 Total. The total budget for the Public Charter School Commission is $724,900.
