ESTRAYS – Amends and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding certain time requirements, penalties and damages, and charges for care and to establish provisions regarding willfully allowing estrays.

This legislation amends the stray livestock code to ensure improved animal husbandry and neighbor relationships.
Some local fees will be increased, but they will have a minimal to no affect on the state or local budgets.
