RULE APPROVAL – HOUSE ENVIRONMENT, ENERGY, AND TECHNOLOGY AND SENATE RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEES – States findings of the Legislature and approves fee rules of the Department of Environmental Quality reviewed by the House Environment, Energy, and Technology Committee and the Senate Resources and Environment Committee.

This House Concurrent Resolution is to adopt all fee and non-fee rules from the Department of Environmental Quality during the 2023 Legislative Session.
The legislation has no fiscal impact, because it is the approval of Administrative Rules.
