RULE APPROVAL – HOUSE HEALTH AND WELFARE AND SENATE HEALTH AND WELFARE COMMITTEES – States findings of the Legislature and approves fee rules of the Department of Health and Welfare reviewed by the House Health and Welfare Committee and the Senate Health and Welfare Committee.

This concurrent resolution approves the Department of Health and Welfare fee rules which were reviewed by both the House and Senate Health and Welfare committees.
Because this legislation pertains to rules review, there is no fiscal impact to any agency or state fund.
