RULE APPROVAL – HOUSE BUSINESS AND SENATE COMMERCE AND HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEES – States findings of the Legislature and adopts pending rules of the Department of Finance, the Department of Insurance, and the Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses reviewed by the House Business Committee and the Senate Commerce and Human Resources Committee.

This Concurrent Resolution shows the findings of the legislature and approving pending rules of the Department of Finance, the Department of Insurance, and the Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses reviewed by the House Business Committee and the Senate Commerce and Human Resources Committee with exceptions.
This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local government, nor does it cause an increase or decrease in revenue for the state or local government therefore the legislation has no fiscal impact.
